    Hi All,

I have a 54" Grenadier print and cut printer. I had a customer wanting just 6off black vinyl blocks of vinyl cut to size, an accurate size of 2200mm x 660mm. I cut one to check the size and it cut 2203mm 661.5mm.

Is there a way I can adjust my machine to cut the correct size. This is not the first job that I’ve noticed that its not cutting the correct size.

I had to cut all 6 by hand to make sure that they were cut at the correct size.

Oh yea, whats happening to B&P?

surprised its out across the plotter might want a environment check. i don’t think there is any adjustment across but there is in the feed direction.
in the menu is calibration. unfortunately i get brain fade when trying to work out the % difference. so over to the others.
its not uncommon for these to be out just people don’t notice

    Sounds like it needs calibrated?

I’m sure someone cleverer than me will be able to tell you how to do this 😀

In the menu there is a cut calibration test…..it prints and cuts a grid and you can then fine adjust it from there in the menu
