  • Cutting "Script" type fonts

Posted by Iain Gordon on 29 June 2005 at 14:21

    Hi Guys/gals

I have noticed that when cutting the above type fonts, each letter is cut individually and not as a continuous stroke.

Is this normal, and if so, how can it be altered? I have tried messing with the nodes but end up confusing myself.

I use Vinyl Master Pro as the software.

Any help or ideas much appreciated

    Cheers
    Iain

If the letters overlap each other you need to weld them together. I don’t know your software but the usual tool is ‘Weld’.
