    Cutting Master help needed please

    Hi all, I am hoping somebody can help me with a problem I have when using Cutting Master 2.

    I have installed the software and I am using illustrator CS3. My plotter is a graphtec CE5000-60.

    The problem I have is that no matter how big the design is in illustrator and the cutting master. when it is sent to the plotter it is only cutting a very small copy of the image.

    I am new to the cutting master aspect of the program and although I have read the instructions I cannot see where I am going wrong.

    Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    step size is incorrectly set on either the plotter or CM2

    both need to be 0.1mm
