Cutting Master 2 for Illustrator CS3
Hi guys,
I have a problem with the Cutting Master 2 plugin for Illustrator CS3. I have a graphtec ce 5000.
Is this compatiable? I have had this plugin working before at my old office, but I cannot remember if I was using an earlier version or not.
It installs correct but doesnt show up when I load up Illustrator.
I have been searching high and dry for the answer but no joy, next port of call will be support I suppose.
Just wondering if anybody has experienced this problem and eventually found the answer or if their is a post I have missed.

Hello Joph,
Have you installed (5000) Cutting Master 2 v1.6 ? This is what I have recently downloaded from the Graphtec America website to run with my 3000mk2 using CS3 and it works perfectly.Cheers

THANKS VERY MUCH!! 😛 Works like a dream, I thought I was on the latest version before, they defo need to have and software update version in their software to auto detect newer versions from their website.
Anyhows you’ve saved me hours of laborious searching.

Does anyone have a link for the updated version of Cutting Master 2 v 1.6 to work with Illustrator CS3….Ive checked the graphtec website but you can no longer download it.
Please please advice pulling my hair out trying to find it.

Go back to Graphtecamerica.com and under downloads select your particular cutter….from there you will see Cutting Master 2 v1.60 for both Corel and Illustrator 10-CS4, I suspect it is in there.Good luck
