Find a local printer and ask him who does cutting formes local to you. They should be able to produce any cutting forme you need. All you have to do then is find someone who has a cutting press.

    Hi

You need someone with a clicker press – I know a few conmpanies near me in Lancashire who use them to die-cut fabric badges & garment parts in loads of different shapes. A lot of textile manufacturers use them. I’m sure if you ring around you will find someone. Dies cost from £100 upwards, plus whatever they charge for labour?

    Neill,

The chaps above are right. The best way is with a die cutting forme. I always use a company called Atlas Laser Dies for all of mine.

Phone them on 0208 548 7230. Speak to Denis or Roger. Great service, cheap as chips and fast turnaround. I usually get mine delivered within 3 days of order.
