Cutting/Jamming problem with a Foison c24
Hello guys, its been a long time since i posted on here but i’m having a really frustrating problem with my Foison C24.
If i send a file to be cut that is more than one or two lines (sometimes less) the plotter starts fine and cuts great regarding force etc.. However it stops and "jams" after a certain point always at the same point on a certain file (2mins 17 sec for 1 file, 1min 40 secs on another etc..)
Now originally i thought it may be a communication problem so invested in a Belkin usb 2.0 gold etc lead for £18. No joy.
I was running it from a laptop with official flexisign programme and thought i may of checked/unchecked something so set it up on an old windows xp computer that runs signblazer, got it working and EXACTLY the same problem occurs.
To me this says its not my software and its the machine. I have checked all rollers. pinch rollers etc and they run smoothly.
Could anyone please help me with this as its driving me crazy?! I have searched everywhere on the web but cannot come across any post with this problem.
If it helps i could take a video of whats happening. I’m really stuck an would greatly appreciate some help with this.
