Cutting 4 times?
Anybody know why my cutter has just started to cut vinyl 4 times in 1 go, it keeps going back and forth over the vinyl 4 times.
It has never done this before. I have a P-cut 630 and using Signgo but i have tried Flexi 7 and that does the same.Any Ideas?

All I can think is your image has multi layers to it might be worth turning it into wireframe and look

If it is doing th esmae thing in two different programs and only with the same file it sound like you a mutiple copies on top of each other, so the cut is in effect cut four designs, the same , in the same place.
If it was just in Flexi i would guess the over cut option is set at four. This option is for cutting thick materials, the knife goes round each object the set number of times.

Cheers Tim, i’ll check in the morning the muliple copies, that sounds a good place to start.

it sounds like multiple layers to me as well don’t know your programmes but wire frame show fill should give you a clue !!
