    Cutter problem in Vista Home

    Hi all,
    First and foremost, this is a Rabbit HX-800, so Rabbit bashers stay away or I will phone the RSPCA.

    Ive had the plotter for a few years, running on XP. Sadly the plotter outlasted my laptop and in getting a new laptop I have been lumbered with the awful Vista Home.

    I cant get the plotter to work at all now (I use Artcut 2005). Has anyone else had problems when they have upgraded to Vista???

    No serial port on laptop, so want to stick with USB if possible.

    Hope anyone has been in the same boat.

    Not to worry, sorted now, found original instructions and worked straight away.

    I couldn’t help because I know nothing about Rabbits, PCs, or Artcut. 😀
