How do you mean Harry? Do you mean copying a picture from Firefox and pasting into Corel?

Yes, mentioned it on here before. I have to ‘save image as’ then import. I remember Alan mentioned it was a known issue just wondered if there was a fix for it yet.

Don’t you just right click – copy image – paste. Works for me in illustrator.

nope Steve, never worked for me. 🙁 Have a job submission coming up where I need to cut and paste a lot of stuff. Will have to use IE I guess. 🙁

Does using ctrl + c and ctrl + v work Harry? Quick search reveals this has been a bug in firefox since early days, can’t think why it works on mine but it does.

I’ve just copy and pasted stuff from firefox 3.0.5 to X4 with SP2 = 14.0.0.701 with no issues so I guess its fixed, I can’t find the official fix list but if you are still having issues with X4 SP2 I’ll make enquiries.

Does firefox copy and paste into other software? Is it only Corel that it doesn’t work with?

Well definitely an issue with X3 and as X3 is finished development wise I don’t see there being a fix I’m afraid. X4 seem to work ok so now maybe a time to upgrade.
