    Hi John,
I always use P.V.C. inks on truck curtains, it sticks like s**t to a blanket, never had any problems ( apart from the smell ! )
    Brian.

You can get ink made by a company called Apollo thru Services Supply Company 01656 860109 and ask for Steve.

    Cheers Neil

ive always used sericol inks for trucks and banners john, as has been posted, apollo inks do just as good an ink but i hear much cheaper.
remember you dont need much at all when doing a truck. we have cnas thats lasted us years. guess its different if your doing them this way all the time.
a tip, once you apply your stencil vinyl, really scrutinise the application for little openings in the vinyl, sorta lifting a little, this seems to happen on the curtains often. when you then roll the ink on, the ink runs down these little spaces causing nightmares to clean up.
    another…
once stecil is on. tape cut up binbags or the like lower down the curtain were your inking. inking is easy and neat but you seem to get millions of tiny speckles of ink flick off and land much lower down. then when you try wipe off the problems start as they smear.
    another,
do some test on consistancy of your mix with thinner and ink. to thik it leaves stringy veins when removing the stencil vinyl. too thin and you need two coats. two coats can be a pain as the vinyl begins to react with the thinner, so you dont have much time.
