I think Cantonese means from Hong Kong – and Sha Tin is a place just down from their airport at Kow Loon – just another bit of useless Information – Guess the Sign Blokey Just put the “Sha” and the “Tin” a lil close together!

There’s a chinese restaurant in Edinburgh called “sik tek fok” – I reckon they’re having us on and having a laugh at our expense 😆 😆 (After a “Shatin” sweet and sour I think I’d be “sik tek fok”)
