  • Creating cut lines and bleeds with Rasterlink & CC

    Hello all,

Ive been struggling with cutting out logos and letters on my CJV30/160. We use CC with rasterlink.

We keep getting fine white borders around the cut when printing onto white. Ive tried to make a bleed but cant figure it out. I understand this must seem simple for you old timers but for a newbie Im struggling.

    Any online tutorials out there?

Apologies should have said FineCut rather than rasterlink

    Hi Andy,

    Thanks for the reply.

Its not a particular logo as such. Its a general tutorial we are after.

Just to cut out ariel text in black leaves a white border when cut.

Ive tried creating 2 layers and getting a bleed line but never seem to get it right.

You can just add an outline to the text or print a block of the colour behind the text as bleed.
