Thinking of getting the official guide for Coreldraw X4, I know nothing really about this program but want to try and master it, so thinking this together with tutorials on this site and you tube, should see me right.

Is the official guide relatively straight forward for beginners?

I bought the book, its really good and certainly helps to get the most out of Corel and you can go back to any part of it whenever you like.

Go to http://www.unleash.com. The site is run by and tuition written by Foster Coburn. He has been involved with Corel at various levels for a long time. Draw is very easy to learn and I’m sure you will pick it up without too much trouble.
