  • Coreldraw – Filling text with a vector?

    Hi guys

I’m sure I’ve seen this being done several times but I can’t remember how!

I want the text ‘British Grand Prix’ filled with the union flag.

I have the union flag in a vector format in vector format – perhaps it needs to be bitmap?

    Anyway, I’ve tried & failed 🙁

    Any tips please?

Power clip your flag using the wording as a container.

I think also you select them both, then – Arrange -shaping – intersect

Front minus back or vice versa or if you powerclipped export as eps and import. It doesn’t need to be bitmap but vectors to be clipped need grouping.
