Contravision : How to print using a UV printer?
Morning everyone.
We’ve got a couple of jobs to get printed using contravision. We’ve had problems in the past printing this using our Jetrix UV printer. It seems whenever we print the vinyl it fills in a lot of the cut-out dots with ink and dries which leaves a couple of angry fitters picking out the ink on site.
Does anyone have any tips on how we can overcome this?

We printed this yesterday on the Anapurna and fitted it 3 hrs ago – no issues at all. Is it a profile problem possibly?

I think we were laying down too much ink. I’ve had a play with various settings and we seem to have cracked it. I also think we may have been using some vinyl we had in stock that may not have been suitable for UV inks.
