Consumer knowledge of vehicle wrapping

In Britain we have TV programs such as Wheeler Dealers that have featured vehicle wrapping when doing car makeovers. It has also been shown on a program called "How do they do that" and even Fifth gear (another car TV program) which showed an old car being given a chrome wrap so plenty of TV coverage here.

Not seen much about it in mainstream newspapers though which is surprising. Neither is it covered much in car magazines which I would have thought were obvious places for this to feature heavily.
