does he want one for private use or 5000 for resale?

i guess if he’s profiting big time from it, they’ll frown upon it, if it’s just one or three for a small club, I can’t see them worrying.

on all my paperwork, invoices, quotes, art approval form etc, there’s a waiver saying that we assume they have sought all the necessary permissions to use copyrighted materials, and accept no liability in the event they haven’t. words to that effect.

    Hugh,

Would you mind posting the wording you use mate as I’d quite like to drop that on our paperwork too – we’re getting little bits and bobs for the customised car "types" and more frequently being asked for this sort of stuff.

    Best wishes

Do these disclaimers hold up in court?

Doesn’t the law has something like "if you knew or should have known"…
