    Ewan,

    I would use someone like Blackburn Metals, Cherwell Sign Supplies or possibly Ashby.

    They would usually stock silver anodized, white and black posts and possibly some standard RAL colours. Depends what colour you want really, most suppliers will accept a RAL colour reference and spray paint or powder coat the posts for you.

    I would probably try the same ones dan suggested ewan.
    another option would maybe be Wm. Smiths. i know they do coloured finger post direction signs and the like, so worth a shot.

    Have you ever tried wrapping a post? You have to have the patience of a saint. Anyone can wrap about a 12" test piece, but you try doing a 2.5m length.
