Colorific Ink & Cadet, major problem, help needed please
Hi Folks
I am seriously ready for ordering a skip for my printer but before i take that drastic step i thought i would seek help and advice from you expert people and Hopefully someone can help me with this problem.
Ok here goes tried printing a black solid job on Sunday evening as it started to print i noticed it looked more of a Dark green shade i canceled the print checked it was the correct material profile on Wasatch everything was fine and the same as i had previously printed 2 weeks before, so since this i have done:
a maintenance clean twice of the head
syringed ink from the head and separately from the damper
Removed the docking cap for the black head renewed the waste pipe and cleaned
Soaked this head over night
2x Power washes
and 2m of black ink prints using various different colour profiles
and after all of the above i am not noticing any change at all (hot) im totally confused to what else this could be the only thing i haven’t tried is replacing the black damper but having syringed ink through the damper it all seems fine.
Sorry throughout that rant forgot to mention the printer is a Uniform Cadet + using colorific full solvent inks.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as 2 days on and i feel like i am getting no where. Thanks
Dave
