    hi,

    first post, long time lurker

making up some dibond pan’s pans for a fascia above a shop, going to router grove using festool milling saw,

what is the best cnr detail with folding the sheets up, do you just nip the corner out with cutters after grooving sheet or do you cut in at 45deg angle to fold over.

    thanks in advance

Just cut the middle of the grove with a sharp blade, you’ll get a perfect mitred corner.
