  • CMYK Values 0-255 in wasatch rip ?

    Hi 😀 ,

We run a Grenadier 1400C on a Wasatch Rip. Been fine for the last six months but when changing a spot colour, the CMYK values are 0-255. This is useless as most values are in % and if you convert them to 255 range you have point something that cannot be entered. So colours end up wrong etc. 🙁

There is however a tick box in the software that says “show CMYK values as a percentage” but is does nothing.

Has anyone solved this or found a better way of converting values rather than (x 2.55) ? 😮

    Thanks.

This is a confusing one. I agreee Wasatch does not change when you set colours to %.

Checking in Corel CMYK colours are shown as percentages but CMY are 0-255 range.

Could you get your colour this way?

how very odd.. did you restart Wasatch to see if anything did change? That Setting maybe loaded at startup. Long shot really. But email them see what they say.

We use Corel to do a lot of artwork, All our colour charts have PMS or CMYK. 😥

    Cheers Anyhow Peter.
