Clear Acrylic Encapsulation
Hi all
We have a job to quote for and I was wondering if any of you very smart people out there could help. We need to produce (or get produced) some small clear acrylic ‘blocks’ with a piece of crystal encapsulated into the centre. You may have seen these with coins or small pieces of paper/ certs etc. in the centre and they are often used as awards.
We have ordered these before (small batches) but I wondered if it is feasible to do this ourselves. The size of each block will be approx. 50mm x 50mm x 20mm and I need to do about 100 pieces in total.
Details of equipment and materials necessary or a TRADE SERVICE for this project would be greatly appreciated.
