Circular Tray sign Help needed please
Hi everyone, ive got a sign job in at the minute which is quite a straight forward job apart from the customer wants a 1 metre diametre clock at one end with scissors as hands. I am thinking of a circular tray type sign or possibly a flat circular panel mouted on raised fasteners to give clearence for a mechanism.
Have any of you guys done anything similar or can you suggest a good may of acheiving this?

jigsaw or router a circle from composite or acrylic.
if acrylic cut a strip the diameter of the circle and glue it around heating it with a heat gun or blow torch pinning every so often with a nail into the table. *this is a very crude description, but you get the picture" :lol1:alternatively, contact someone to create you a solid 3D circle.

Just remember to sort your clock mechanism first because they can be hard to source and also expensive

is there a recomended supplier of the mech? the customer has purchased a cheap one of the internet but but im not sure its going to last.

Hi again, im still struggling with this one, ive emailed and called a few places but i cant find anyone that sounds confident in supplying what i need, they are wanting an upfront payment and not guaranteeing the work to run smoothly and any issues will be on me.
Is there anyone on here or any recomendations for someone to make me a 1000mm circular clock face with 50mm returns and also supply me with the hands, i would also accept a completed clock with mech installed.
