its a warning sign yellow & black to notify workers of differnet levels on scaffold/ foundation areas etc from what i’m told

what icon is used… ? just an triangle with exclamation mark or is there a proper one

If you have access to the Fonts & Sign Clip-Art that comes with SignLab, then please refer to the "CAUT0140.CDL" file.

It has "CAUTION" with additional text "AVOID INJURY WATCH YOUR STEP" and drawing of fellow tripping on projection.

Look at http://www.safetyshop.com under Safety Signs then Detachable Scaffolding Signs. I think this is what you are after

You will probably be able to create one with this as a guide
