    Hello

I have just started and am using signlab 8 with a graphtec plotter. And am looking at getting some Cd’s with clipart and logos on them but there are so many i don’t know which one are the best eg Quality and value for money.

As this is something ever sign writer needs what do you use?

Am looking to do business vehicle eg joiners/plumber’s etc so that kind of art work but am also looking for car logos like Ford / Discovery Audi etc. I know i could vector them but would like to see if its worth it. knowing how much they cost first

    All advice welcome

    Martin

You can purchase individual items from this site:
    http://expressclipart.com/
Sometimes that’s better than buying a whole CD.
They also have all the Roland VectorArt images and a nice search engine.
For car logos you can go to
    http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/
But you have to be careful when cutting potentially copyrighted logos.
I have found some neat retro stuff here:
    http://www.retroclipart.com/
You can buy by the image.
You can go to istock photo, but some of their "vectors" are not cut-ready.
    Lots here too:
    http://www.clipart-design.com/
For some really pretty traditional stuff, try this:
    http://www.goldenstudios.com/
(been on my "wish list" for years)

Martin Impact on home page do vehicle outlines plus clip art, health and safety, on the home page you can’t go wrong 😎 if you need something special there is always istockphotos.co.uk

Sign lab has its own collection of clipart and company logos, maybe a bit dated now, as it hasnt been updated for years, but still worth looking at before spending more money.
