Carbon Fibre Effect Vinyl where can i get it from?

Can any body help me located a supplier that sells carbon fibre effect vinyl.

I only require 2-3 metres, so if there is any in West Yorks it would be ideal.

Or a supplier that would arrange delivery, i have found that some will charge £10.00 carriage this puts the cost of the small amount of vinyl up.
