cant print, after manual cleaning?
hi
as the attached photo.
after manual cleaning . cant print the cyan.the first photo is before cleaning and 2nd photo is after.
what went wrong?
any advice , please?

Is there ink in the damper? can you see ink in the line
It looks like when you did the clean it pulled all the ink out the damper and there is no more ink going in to fill it!!

agreed. Pulled through ink but not allow damper to refill/equalise before test print.
Leave 5mins and retest.

Did you manually clean it with a house brick? :lol1:
As the guys have said, check it’s got ink in the damper. Run a strong clean on it and see if it comes back. If it doesn’t, maybe try putting the K damper on the C head and see if you can pull black through that head instead.
