cant do sheet cutting

its telling you to remove the metal media clamps.
if you have removed them then the eye on the head thinks they are there so won’t allow the printer to do the cross cut.

after printing, the clamp is removed. i hardly put the clamp .

is there any option about the sheet cutting in versa works?

Lynn,

Open the settings for your job in Versaworks and go the the Printer Controls button. Under ‘General’ (top Left) you will see ‘Cut sheet after output’ Check the box and you should be good to go.
