Canon Independent Engineer
Hi
We’re having some issues with our wide format Canon IPF8100 and need to find an independent engineer, Velmex (UK Distributor) want to charge silly money just to visit us so we’re looking for a recommendation, any ideas welcome?

When we had an issue with ours we called canon directly and they took the seriel of the machine and knew it was outside warranty it cost us £80.00 to book the engineer call out direct from canon and a further £200 whilst he did all the repairs….needs a few new bits

I desperately need an engineer to come and look at my iPF8000. It’s worked like a dream for 3 years but now throws up an error message no one has ever heard of. There seems to be an astonishing lack of in-depth knowledge about this machine in the UK. Or maybe I’m just not reaching the right people! There must be a Canon guru out there somewhere! Cash awaits…

What error code are you getting Blanny, I can do some digging for you….
