Can Spandex Minstral RIP print barcodes and numbering on the
I have been looking at an Edge 2, for labels which comes with Minstral V.12.0.2. I have never heard of it but I have learned it is a Spandex RIP. I don’t know anything about the rip, will it print barcodes and generate consecutive numbers numbering? Or should I upgrade to omega as I currently have Graphix Advantage 6.2 for running a GSX15 Plus

If you are going to run an Edge, I wouldn’t look any further that Gerber Omega as it’s the best software for it. I’m a little biased as I’ve used it for 22 years, I did however try various other programs that would run the Edge and always reverted back to Omega (and Graphix Advantage prior to that).

Forgot to say that in Omega sequential numbers & barcodes are fine, I do quite a lot of them myself.
