    Hi guys!

I was just wondering if it would be possible to cut card with an sp300. I have been told that its possible to score and cut card using signlab and also possible using the new versaworks rip. I would like to try this but was a little nervous as i dont know what cut pressure i would set the versacamm at. also anyone know of any card suppliers?? are there any risks involved?? I have been told too much blade pressure can damage the machine. is this the case??

    cheers!!

It is possible with the new perf cut feature in Versaworks 3. You will need to test what blades and what pressure you need for what you are cutting.

I’ve done this successfully with my graphtecs.

Too much pressure will damage your teflon strip and make for accurate cutting harder. This isn’t really a job for your machine.
