    yes.

    i use a fine metal blade in a jigsaw, if the jigsaw as adjustable forward sweep, the set to minimum, ie.. the blade only goes up and down, cutting on the spot, not lurching forward and ripping into it for a fast cut.

    once cut, i swiftly run a stanley blade around the edges (drag it along, just past 90 degrees) to clean them up, usually i’m flooding it so it doesn’t matter if you expose a bit of silver ally skin underneath.

    make sure and wear goggles though, it flies everywhee!

    Yes! As Hugh says you can cut quite easily with a jigsaw having the right blade

    Yup, it cuts very nicely on our CNC router. Try the bit and feed you normally use with acrylic.
