    can i cancel the LC and LM heads on SJ74

    hello everybody,

    i have problem with Lc & Lm heads on my SJ740. and i dont have enough budget to change the heads. one of my friends suggested to remove the heads and keep the machine running only on 4 colors.
    is it possible to do it. and do i need to change the profiles?

    I have a option in my rip Colorgate to use 4 or 6 colours but you will need profiles for 4 colours or 6 because lc or lm is used upto 60% then C or M will take it upto 100%

    I have thought of making profiles for the 4 colours my self. I just bought eye 1 and software to do this.

    a good 4col profile should match ur existing 6col… u loose a bit of colour range (like near skin tones) or very light colours
