can anyone tell me why my printer is not working?
Hi
I moved my printer yesterday and now its died on me.
first it was not getting any info from cartridge levels ,i have cleared that but when it prints the page comes out blank, it comes through the motions like its printing.
I have reloaded software, took cartridges out cleaned contacts even phones a great call centre in India but nothing.
Any ideas?Cheers

Just done a clean and alignment
Not showing any faults says inks are 3/4 full but still blank pages even if i do a photo copy black or colour.
Any ideas anyone i really needed to print some documents today.Lee

sorry lee i havent got much of a clue with that one.
if it was mine and under warranty see what they say.
or put one new cart in it and print that colour if that does not print then i would guess something went pop when you restarted it.may be cheaper to buy a new one
