Had a RockII 50" for a few weeks and been working fine. Not used it for a few days and now not printing black or blue. Replaced cartridges but still no luck. Novice to machine so any advice helpful. Phoned Art Systems £195 call out and £100 hr are they for real.

    Try powerful clean x 3 😉

Thanks Fred, tried the 3 x powerclean but no luck. I believe the black and cyan are the same printhead so it looks as though I may have a problem.

Anyone got any suggestions on how to find an engineer apart from the main agent reseller.

Where abouts in the country are you Dave? Those prices sound like the going rate these days. Depending where you are you may be able to get somebody to save some hard earned £’s.

    Hi Brian

we are located near Dartford, Kent. If they are normal sort of rates then I certainly feel better about the hourly rate we charge, in fact I can feel an increase coming on!

You could give Alan @ Flynn Signs a call, he is in Cheshunt so not far away. He has a couple of Engineers he uses that may be cheaper.
