can anyone tell me why i cannot edit this template please?
I have just installed Illustrator CS, and have downloaded a business card template from VistaPrint.
When I open the template though, I can’t edit it at all. WHY??!!
It’s probably something really simple, but Illustrator is new to me (I always use Corel), and I just can’t for the life of me work out why I can’t edit it.
Can anyone help me please?From Very Frustrated Ali

I don’t have Illustrator but is it possible it is on a locked layer. Will it import into Draw?

Yippee! Thanks Brushman. That’s what it was! I just looked for “locked Layer” in the help file, and when I found it I unlocked it. Problems solved!
Thank you so much for helping me out, I was tearing my hair out, and totally lost my patience! I just haven’t got a clue about Illustrator and it seems really different to Corel.

just open it in corel and un-group all so you can edit
