You either need someone with a flame polisher or a mop/wheel polisher.

or you can buy the panels in from Fairfield Displays or another supplier who supplies them ready done … not cheapy cheap though 😀

You could always laser cut them, that leaves a really good finish (not waterjet though).

Or, another cheap way. Cut the panels and scrap them clean, then apply clear varnish. Try it on an off cut first, but you can get away with it

It is important to scrape the edges prior to polishing, to get rid of any saw marks. I have polished a panel edge using wet ‘n’ dry and then t-cut but it takes a loooong time.
