Can anyone recommend any service agents in SE UK?
I have a dead Mutoh SC-650.
Can anyone recommend any service agents in SE UK? Im in Berkshire.
Was kindly given artsystems tel by Dave Simpson. They have given me a few things to try with no joy. The SC650 is reporting an eeprom error, Artsystems sent me a reset proceedure but that hasn’t worked so maybe dead eeprom or mainboard 🙁
Just trying to find someone closer to home.
Any help on this much appreciatted.Cheers

likely the EEPROM is the start up procedure code for the machine… i guess it’s got corrupt and needs reprogramming with some software or a external chip programmer.
Art Systems are your best bet.

Yes Dave I figured that.
Have looked at the boards and nothing obvious.
Art systems sent me via email a reset proceedure, but no joy.
There miles from me so would pref someone local so I can take the unit to them and save a £.
The initial contact with artsystems was like getting past the first line of the all blacks. Still havent actually spoken to a human service engineer 🙁Tim.

try victory design, don’t know how far away they r from you but r good on telephone

That’s the thing with Mutoh. Good systems but hard to get good backup service.
