    Hi all

could anyone recommend a vinyl that will match Pantone 349 that is suitable to wrap a new shape Toyota Hilux double cab!!

One of our local Toyota dealers is supplying a new Hilux to a customer & they want it in this green, the cost to respray it is £6000.
Hence why we have been asked to quote on wrapping it.

    any advice would be appreciated

    thanks

Depending on your time scale, some of the bigger suppliers can get you colour matched vinyls but you will have to buy a minimum of 5 full rolls about 1230 wide. costly i know…

avery do pantone matched colours on their cast range, i have never used it though so cant give much advice on that one.
lots use regular cast vinyls to wrap vehicles but if you intend on these being removed withOUT glue residue i would stick with a good wrap material.

    Hi Neill

I had a similar problem this week in which I need to match a pantone colour, for vehicle work.
Avery will match a pantone colour on their 900 super cast range. I got quoted Minimum order is 50m at 1220 @ £22 per m which works out at about £1100 + vat. but was told turnaround was about 3-4 weeks !

I have used this product before and it is very nice indeed, but its very soft and I’m not sure it would snatch back as more dedicated wrap vinyls will !

    good luck Dave 🙂

I just got quoted the same by Spandex Dave, i think i will try & get them to go for a green from the standard 900sc range.

    thanks again
