  • can anyone help with colourcamm printing problem please?

    Hiya

I am hoping this is a really simply problem to fix!!!

I am trying to print a 1m sign on my ColourCamm using CorelDraw but I cannot get the entire image to print out, I have been into the settings and tried to alter the output options, but this doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong??

I very rarely use the ColourCamm, so it could be something fairly basic that I am doing wrong – I can be a bit of a numpty at times!!! 😳

    Cheers

    is this a pc60 or 600
sounds like the driver page size does not match the corel page

for anything over 33inchs you have to set up userform0 or 1 in the driver properties and make sure that is selected and the corel page is the same.

to check double click the page border in corel and set from printer.

    Hiya Chris

I have tried what you recommended and it comes up with an error message of……….Output File Created Fail.

    Hiya Chris

Thanks for taking the time to think about all of this for me…….I think that I might just re-design the sign…..make sure that everything will fit within the 33inch setting!

    Cheers for your help.

    Hi Stacey

Its been a while since i used one of these but i do vaguely remember something to do with the dpi output being linked to print size…but as i say its been a while so i could be barking up the wrong tree!

    Kind regards

yes alex you are correct going back to win 3.1 lowering the dpi would allow you to print further.

I worked in the brewing industry from 1976 until 1996. I had the same fear (Brewing was all I knew) – then I Left and discovered signmaking. I also discovered I had picked up many transferable skills in my earlier career. I’m sure if you had to leave you would find you had many transferable skills…

But then again, why would anyone in their right mind want to do any other work other than signmaking 😀
