    turned it on today, and it wouldn’t do anything, just said motor voltage on screen. dont no what to do dont no where to take it to get fixed im in nottingham, any help please. this is our only cutter and need it working asap.

    Not sure where you bought it etc or how old it is..you could poss ring roland dg head office and enquire if parts are req’d etc..they might be able to help.

    I had exactly the same prob with mine last year, phoned Roland and they said it needed a new power supply board ( I think thats what it was called ) and they sent me a new one in the post which I fitted in about ten minutes…. seem to remember it costing about £80ish, which was a bargain considering I though I was looking at a new cutter.. Unfortunately I dont have their phone number to hand, but I’m sure they will tell you thats the problem

    I got this problem too, and found this post from a search online. It was nice to be able to tell Roland exactly what I needed. New power board was £75+vat and postage, and was very easy to fit.
