can anyone help with a Mimaki jv3160 sp problem please?
1. The problem now found is our Printer is that is now the main board doesn’t back come to the original( Factory settings) as the firmware can be upgared to Ver 1 to 6 & vice versa.
2. Gives error operation 30 , as we try to perform any operation on the printer and showing non original ink message .
the date is updated but it doesnt goes back to previous yrs.

Improper Operation has been performedCorrective measures:
1> Indicated improper operation
2> Replace a keyboard
3> Replace main PCB with a new oneCould be a loose keyboard/data connection.
