can anyone help please with cutting problems and PC600?
I have a PC600 which I use mostly for cutting heat seal material. Recently I have been experiencing problems with cutting and subsequent weeding. The cutter is skipping small cuts and other cuts look like perforation marks – a series of single holes as opposed to solid cut. It is very frustrating to weed on detailed images. Anyone have any suggestions?

sounds like the blade holder requires attention.
remove holder then blade and wash out the bearings with wd40 spray, dry as best and trychris

I followed your instructions and it has solved the problem. There was a lot of debris around the blade when I removed the top. I cleaned it off, gave it a shot of WD40 and it is now working great. Thanks a lot. You have made my weeding task so much easier.
