can anyone help have problem saving sending eps files?

Have you given your path an actual stroke value? like 1 pt. Black?

I dunno if that would be the problem, but our cutter has issues if we don’t actually give the cut paths a colored stroke.

Or, conversely, try sending the cut path as an AI file, some cutting software can read both.

Have you been able to cut from Illustrator to your plotter before? If you have it could possibly be a corrupt font. Also I know the printer plotter that we have the plot line has to be on a certain layer and given a specific color (non repro blue I think) and named a certain way to work.
