Anyone else got a new Lancer 1625?
Had ours a couple of weeks quite impressed so far.
Just wanting to see if anyone else has took the plunge like me.
We were swinging between the lancer and a JV3.
But I have found that the ink sticks better on the Lancer and the quality is fantastic. This is even though the Lancer is an Eco-Sol and the JV3 is full solvent.

    Is this the re-badged Mutoh?

Did you get a laminator and cutter bundle?

    Yup

    Printer, Laminator, Cutter and Computer.
As far as I have worked out all that Uniform have done with the machine is paint it a very fetching colour of blue.
Even all the profiles are for the Mutoh Valuejet!
Still waiting for them to profile there own material.

I’ve run Signlab for our printing and decided it was useless as a RIP.
So I’m happy we got a complete new system with a new RIP.

    Hi Sean

I’ve got the Motoh Valuejet1604 which is the same kit as you’ve got, just badged differently.

Gotta say that I’m well chuffed with the quality. Seems to print on almost anything and not too fussy with profiles. I just adapt the ones supplied by Spandex for their own product. Which I don’t buy of course because it’s too expensive.

Biggest benefit is the lack of banding. I’m running banner at the fastest setting and solids are great.
