    Hi all,
I have reversed printed a window graphic onto self adhesive clear polyester film.
Would like to know if I can use white polymeric vinyl as backing for polyester film?

    Thanks in advance

    yes

i have used it n the past, i did find printing on clear a bit wishy washy, i would guess that most car stickers are silk screened opposed to being digitally printed.

    Simon.
Thank you for your input. It is for a shop window.
I have some of this clear polyester left so thought I use them.
The prints came up really nice.

it can be done on UV printer, but heat from the lamps can distort the material if operator isn’t experienced.

Andrew, The printer is a Mimaki JV3.

Dave, I have printed it with 45/45 degree heaters setting with 2 layers of ink and mounted the print with white polymeric vinyl backing.
Installed the print onto the shop window yesterday and owner was very happy.
