    i have just upgraded to a pc 60 i had it cutting on vinyl master pro software left it came back next day and i can not do a thing with it i cant even do cut or print test help please

    Sorry don’t know anything about these older printers but there are a few people on the boards that still use them so maybe one of them can help you.

    Just a suggestion though, if you go to the hello forum and introduce yourself then a lot more of the board members will reply to your questions, people on here are very friendly but we like to know who we are talking to.

    Good luck finding some help for your problem.

    hello who ever you are.
    after it has set up are there any lights flashing before you send any data

    Hi Chris
    all lights on there are 2 that do flash which are the sheet type (piece and roll)
    i read in the manual that the flashing lights show the faults at least all are not flashing 5 times

    open the ft cover there are 4 white tape lines on the carriage cross bar the pinch rollers MUST line up under those lines.
    the right roller anywhere under the long one, the lt one under any of the others. the distance between the rollers is you printing cutting area.

    also the vinyl when loaded must cover both electronic eyes front and rear.
