EDIT, IT DOES APPEAR TO BE AN ENGRAVER AS YOU SAID. USES SAME NAME AS THE VINYL CUTTER BUT DIFFERENT CODE.

Creation do make CNC routers, in the same mould as Piranha, JHF, Flora Digital and the rest.
It relies on the creation of an *.nc file in some "G" code enabled software. This *.nc file is then loaded onto the USB hand controller using a software utility, called ZHBUSBConnect_E.
This utility access’s any one of the 8 different locations on the USB handset, loads the program in, that can be used on the CNC.
The hand controller must also be installed onto the PC with the correct drivers for the whole process to work.

The machine I have got has the controller installed on the main controller box.

the software I got with the machine needs the password that was not provided and impossible to contact Creation head office because of Chinese new year holidays till February 16th, however as explained in the users guide it is not necessary to have the software and the nc file can be read form SD card, however machine still cannot execute any information from the SD card.

At the moment what I need, is the way how to avoid passwords and how to unblock the machine? Do you think it is possible?
I need to make the engraving of very urgent design for the customer who can not wait till 16th.

It is very easy to work with P cut.
Just save the file in xyz nc file, import to pcut engrave soft and send the file from data folder to removable card. input the card into the machine an start go.
