The file you have posted is an eps bitmap, have opened it in Illustrator and saved as a jpg and imported into Flexi, but it is fairly low res. Do you have a vectored eps file rather than a bitmap one?
I have tried to post the flexi file but it wont let me, I will post the Jpg one instead

As Jem says its actually a bitmap you have there
You need to convert it vector
If you have the Corel suite you should open in photo paint and save: then open up Corel Trace and import file
It will convert as you trace(you may need to changed the image from colours into black and white before tracing) This image is in colour although it looks black and white!
Then you need to save the file as an .ai
    Now import into Corel Draw

Its long drawn out I know

I can bring this bitmap into Signlab and use the built in scan feature which will turn into a vector directly

    Hi mate,

Here is a vector ai for you. You can use corels auto trace but it tends to not be that good, you can use adobe streamline, or trace it by hand. I tend to use a combination of both.

If you have Flexi, bring the Jpg into Flexi and use the trace and vectorise icon to vectorise the image. It’s very straight forward, use the auto trace rather then the colour trace and you should have no problems.
