  • Can any one suggest a good alround heat gun please?

Now the weather is getting colder I am looking to get a heat gun for use when applying vinyl to vans, I have had a look around and seems you can get single heat designed for paint removal or some have adjustable heat output.
Can any one suggest a good alround heat gun.

    Many thanks

    Russell.

My dewalt packed in last week after 6 years, could not find a dewalt replacement quickly so bought a bosch with 3 temp settings from B&Q
works OK, but doesn’t get hot straight away. you just reminded me to see if I can get a dewalt on line…

This DeWalt 2ooo watt is just great, light bright and a dial variable heat output.

In fact it appears to be a re-badged Black & Decker but is £27.00 inc rather than £32 for the B & D.
